Click and Collect
How does Click and Collect work?
Our Click and Collect service allows you place your order online and collect from our Ilkeston branch at a time that’s convenient to you. Once we’ve received your completed order, we will confirm via email when the order will be available for you to collect. We aim to do this within 2 hours, subject to our store’s normal working hours.
How can I collect my order?
When you arrive at the store you will be required to provide your order number, which starts with ‘W00’ and can be found on your Order Confirmation emails.
How long do I have to collect my order?
We will reserve your order for 3 working days, from the date it was placed. If you’re not able to collect your order in that time then please contact us for further assistance.
What happens if I don’t collect my order in time?
If your order has not been collected within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the order, thereby releasing the goods for general sale. If you’re not able to collect your order in the original timeframe then please contact us for further assistance.
