Sika® Dustproofer & Concrete Hardener 5Ltr

Sika® Dustproofer & Concrete Hardener is formulated from high quality silicate resins to both harden and dustproof new and old concrete floors for both internal and external use. It reacts chemically with the lime content of concrete to form a surface that resists wear, efflorescence and surface degradation.

Coverage

 1 L will cover approximately 5 m² of surface, depending on nature of surface, per coat.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Stir well before use. Remove all surface debris and growth from the area to be treated. Remove and dig out all damaged areas and repair any defects.

APPLICATION

Apply by brush or spray at a rate of 1 L per 5 m². Work well into surface. Apply a second coat after 24 hours. Allow second coat to dry for 24 hours then hose down entire area with cold, clean water to remove any unreacted surplus material. Further coats may be applied to exceptionally dusty or very porous floors.
